A Note on AI

EzyFront uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash model, combined with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system that learns from each consultant's uploaded materials. Each document type also has a system prompt — written by the consultant — that encodes their expert instructions: structure, standards, edge cases, tone. The AI executes those instructions against each client's questionnaire answers. It doesn't improvise; it follows your lead.

Every document generated passes through a mandatory human review step before reaching the client.

AI is a first-draft tool, not a replacement for professional judgment. The platform is designed to reflect that.
