Common Questions About Pricing
Can I stay on the Flex Plan forever?
Yes. The Flex Plan has no expiry and no time limit. If you sell fewer than 10 documents per month on average, it will often be more cost-effective than any subscription plan. There's no pressure to upgrade.
When does it make sense to upgrade from Flex?
The math is simple: when the fee savings from a paid plan exceed the monthly subscription cost, upgrading saves you money. At €400/document, Flex and Starter cost roughly the same at around 10 documents/month — that's your first natural upgrade point. The full breakdown is in the table above.
How does the transaction fee work?
EzyFront's fee is a percentage of the price your client pays. On the Professional Plan (8% fee), if you charge €400 for a document, EzyFront takes €32 and you receive €368, before Stripe's standard processing fee.
Are there other fees?
Stripe charges a standard payment processing fee (approximately 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction). This is Stripe's fee, not EzyFront's, and applies to all Stripe users.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
