Build Your Questionnaire

Use the visual builder to create the questions your clients need to answer. No coding required. Question types: text, multiple choice, numeric, file upload. The questionnaire is what transforms generic AI output into a document personalised to each client's situation.

Set Your Price and Launch

Set the document price (€350–500 is the sweet spot for most sectors). Choose your subdomain (your-name.ezyfront.com) or connect your own domain (Professional and Business plans). Your portal is live. Share the link wherever your clients find you.

Client Pays and Completes the Form

Clients see your branding, your offer description, and your price. They pay via Stripe, then complete the questionnaire at their own pace (typically 30–60 minutes for a professional document). You receive a notification when their submission is in.

AI Generates the Document

EzyFront's AI combines the client's answers with your knowledge base to generate a professional document. When you set up your document type, you write a system prompt — your expert instructions that tell the AI exactly what to produce, how to structure it, and what standards to apply. The AI executes your expertise, not a generic output. The AI cost is included in your plan.

You Review and Approve

You receive the generated document for review. Approve it to deliver automatically to the client, or request a revision. You stay in control of quality. Professional responsibility remains yours — as it should.

EzyFront uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation — a technique that lets the AI reference your specific uploaded materials when generating documents, rather than relying on generic knowledge. Upload the regulations relevant to your sector, your standard templates, and completed examples. The AI learns from these automatically and applies them to every document it generates. Beyond the knowledge base, each document type has a dedicated system prompt — written by you — that contains your expert instructions: the structure you want, the standards you apply, the tone you use, what to flag, what to avoid. The AI follows your instructions precisely. It executes your expertise, not its own interpretation. This combination — your uploaded materials plus your written instructions — produces documents that reflect your professional standards, not generic AI output.

Document Verification Workflow

Every document generated by EzyFront goes through a mandatory human review step. You see the document, you decide whether it meets your standards, and you approve delivery. Professional responsibility cannot be delegated to an AI system — this step is built into the platform.

Payment Processing via Stripe

All payments are handled by Stripe Connect. Connect your Stripe account during onboarding (approximately 5 minutes). EzyFront deducts its transaction fee automatically and sends the balance to your account.
