Getting Started
EzyFront is a platform that lets professional consultants create white-label portals where clients complete guided questionnaires and receive AI-generated professional documents. Documents are priced as entry-level services (€350–500), creating a revenue stream that also pre-qualifies clients for premium services.
EzyFront is designed for structured professional service firms — safety consultants, ISO/quality certification companies, ESG and sustainability advisors, HR and labor consultants, legal professionals, accountants, and risk management specialists. If your work involves producing professional documents for clients, EzyFront is built for you.
No. Setting up your first portal, uploading your knowledge base, and building a questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes. No coding, no API keys, no server configuration.
Most consultants complete onboarding and publish their portal within 10–20 minutes. Building a thorough questionnaire may take longer, but the portal can go live with a simple version and be refined over time.
AI & Document Generation
EzyFront uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash model combined with a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system. When you set up a document type, you write a system prompt — your expert instructions that define the document structure, standards, and logic you want the AI to follow. When a client submits their questionnaire, the AI combines your system prompt, your uploaded knowledge base, and the client's answers to generate a personalised professional document. The AI executes your expertise; it doesn't improvise.
PDF and DOCX files. Typical uploads include: sector-specific regulations, standard document templates, completed examples (anonymised), and reference checklists. Knowledge base limits vary by plan (5 documents / 50 MB on Flex, up to 100 documents / 2 GB on Business).
Document quality depends on the quality of your knowledge base and questionnaire. EzyFront includes a mandatory review and approval step — you review every document before it reaches your client. Final responsibility for quality and compliance remains with you.
Yes. From your dashboard, approve a document or request a revision. Revision requests trigger a new generation based on your feedback.
No. EzyFront provides AI capabilities as part of the platform. The AI cost is included in your plan.
Pricing & Billing
The Flex Plan is EzyFront's free entry point — €0/month with a 12% transaction fee, no expiry, and no time limit. You sign up, build your portal, and start selling. You only pay when you make a sale. There's no trial period, no deadline, and no obligation to upgrade unless you want to save on fees or access additional features.
EzyFront uses Stripe Connect. When a client pays, EzyFront's fee is deducted automatically and the remainder is sent to your Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (typically 2–7 business days).
Yes. Invoices are automatically generated and available in your billing dashboard for every subscription charge and transaction fee.
Portal & Branding
Yes, on the Professional and Business plans. You point your domain to EzyFront via a CNAME record. Configuration takes 10–30 minutes, plus up to 48 hours for DNS propagation.
On Flex and Starter plans, a small "Powered by EzyFront" credit appears in the portal footer. On Professional and Business plans, all EzyFront branding is removed.
Yes. Starter supports 3 document types, Professional supports 10, and Business supports 25 — all within a single branded portal.
Data & Privacy
You do. All client contact information and submitted data belongs to you. EzyFront does not use your client data for any purpose other than delivering the service.
Yes, at any time. Export all contacts and document history as CSV or Excel from your dashboard. No fee, no waiting period.
All data is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure in EU regions. EzyFront is GDPR-compliant by design.
Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Technical
PDF and DOCX. Format is configurable per document type.
Current integrations: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email notifications). API access is available on the Business plan for custom integrations.
The client-facing portal is fully responsive. The consultant dashboard is optimised for desktop.
